St. Patrick Catholic High School is seeking a faith-filled, visionary, and student-centered educational leader to serve as Principal for the 2026-2027 school year. The Principal serves as the spiritual, academic, and operational leader of the school and is responsible for advancing the mission of Catholic education in partnership with the Diocese of Biloxi, faculty, students, parents, and community.
The ideal candidate is a practicing Catholic committed to the teachings and mission of the Catholic Church and possesses strong instructional leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Primary Responsibilities
Foster and promote the Catholic identity and mission of St. Patrick Catholic High School
Provide leadership for academic excellence, student achievement, and faculty development
Supervise and evaluate faculty and staff
Ensure compliance with diocesan policies and Mississippi Department of Education standards
Support a safe, disciplined, and faith-centered learning environment
Oversee curriculum implementation, instructional programs, and school operations
Build strong relationships with students, parents, parish communities, alumni, and stakeholders
Manage school initiatives, strategic planning, and accreditation processes
Collaborate with diocesan leadership and school advisory groups
Qualifications
Practicing Catholic in good standing with the Catholic Church
Master’s degree in Educational Leadership, Administration, or related field preferred
Valid Mississippi Educator License with appropriate administrative endorsements required
Demonstrated commitment to Catholic education and student formation
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
