The Catholic Diocese of Sioux Falls seeks a dedicated HR professional to serve as
Assistant Director of Human Resources. This full-time position offers the opportunity to
integrate your faith with your career while making a meaningful impact across our
diocesan community.
Your Role: Support comprehensive HR operations including benefits administration,
recruitment, compliance reporting, compensation analysis, and employee training. Lead
our Culture Committee and serve as a strategic partner to leadership.
What We Seek: Practicing Catholic in good standing with 3-5 years HR experience.
Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred). Experience with benefits administration,
ACA compliance, and HRIS systems (Sage preferred).
