This senior leadership position provides executive oversight and strategic direction for the Archdiocese’s three Catholic high schools and plays a pivotal role in advancing excellence, sustainability, and Catholic identity across secondary education.

Serving as a key advisor to the Superintendent of Catholic Schools, the Assistant Superintendent carries delegated authority to lead system-wide strategy, coordination, and thoughtful standardized frameworks and best practices across the three high schools, while honoring the unique mission, charism, and governance structure of each high school.

Qualified candidates will bring a strong background in Catholic education, demonstrated success in leadership roles, and experience managing complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, forward-thinking leader who can balance innovation with mission-centered stewardship.

Minimum qualifications include a master’s degree in education or a related field, significant leadership experience in Catholic or independent education (including principal-level experience), practicing Roman Catholic in good standing, and a demonstrated commitment to the mission of Catholic education.

Why Join Us?
