The Catholic Diocese of Wilmington is seeking a Director of Finance and Programs of Catholic Charities, a member of the executive team, who will be responsible for managing the programs of Catholic Charities to design, direct, develop, and coordinate, high quality services, delivered cost-effectively, with a particular emphasis on the needy, consistent with the mission and ministry of Catholic Charities. This leadership role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by guiding strategic initiatives and ensuring the effective delivery of our charitable programs. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field, and ten years of experience in direct social service or non-profit administration with financial management and auditing experience, knowledge of state and federal social welfare policy, an understanding of and commitment to the principles of Catholic social teaching, and will demonstrate strong leadership and a deep commitment to social service.
