The Diocese of Green Bay currently has a full-time opening for a Human Resources Generalist in our Office of Human Resources.

You would be responsible for general Human Resources Administration in the areas of Staffing, Employee Relations, Benefits, and Special Projects as assigned. In this position, you would lead all Camp Tekakwitha hiring and termination processes. You would also lead the Curia Fellowship Team and serve as the primary point of contact coordinating events including Retirement Parties, Recognition Awards, Curia Picnic, Thanksgiving Luncheon & the Curia Christmas Party. The HR Generalist position supports the Leo Benevolent Fund process and is the primary HR contact for the Curia Intranet and the Website Protected Portal.

We would like to see someone with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.  The ideal candidate will also have 3-5 years of human resources and/or benefits experience. Proficiency in the use of a variety of computer software programs with advanced knowledge of MS Office software.  Must be detail oriented and have a “can do” attitude while prioritizing workload and adapting to interruptions and changing priorities.  Must also have a valid driver's license.
