The Diocese of Duluth is seeking a highly skilled and passionate leader to serve as our Director of Evangelizing Communications & Marketing.
The ideal candidate is a mission-driven leader with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ready to guide multiple media, leadership, and mission teams with an integrated approach to diocesan communications. This pivotal supervisory role will drive the strategic direction and development of goals and objectives involving the overall branding, marketing, and communication efforts of the Diocese. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is strongly desired, along with a minimum of five years of senior-level experience. You may be asked to supply a sample portfolio showcasing marketing and communications projects you’ve led or initiated, including your expertise with various forms of media.
The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $90,000 depending on qualifications. Additionally, the Diocese of Duluth has a robust benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage as well as a 403b with employer match.
