Chief Operating Officer
The Congregation of the Sisters, Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, has an opening for the executive position of Chief Operating Officer (COO).
In collaboration with the congregation leadership team, the Chief Operating Officer is responsible for the overall administration, management, and organizational planning of Sisters, Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary (Congregation). The COO assists the congregation leadership team with implementing the congregation’s mission, values and goals, and is responsible for the overall administration of the IHM Congregation Charitable Trust.
The COO provides direct supervision to the Business Office Manager, Accounting Supervisor, Director of Housekeeping, Director of Dining Services, Director of Support Services and Information Technology Consultants.
A Master’s degree is preferred, with a minimum of seven (7) years of experience in an executive management position with a strong operations background and supervisory responsibility. Solid financial, technical and administrative skills are required, along with familiarity with investment management, finance and budget management.
