Parish Financial Consultant
The Diocese of Green Bay currently has a full-time opening for a Parish Financial Consultant.
In this position you will perform financial, operational and compliance reviews of parishes and other diocesan entities to assess compliance with Diocesan standards. Review current and historical individual parish financial data and trends to be used in the proxy process. You will also act as a resource to parish business administrators, bookkeepers, finance councils, and parish Treasurer Trustees on implementation of diocese standard accounting policies and procedures.
We are seeking a talented professional who has a bachelor's degree in accounting and two to five years of accounting experience. MS Office and strong excel skills are required. Must possess a valid driving license. We would prefer someone with a CPA, audit experience, QuickBooks knowledge, and nonprofit accounting experience.
