Parish Operations Associate Director

The Diocese of Green Bay currently has a full-time opening for a Parish Operations Associate Director in our office of Parish Operations.

This position provides strategy, leadership, accompaniment and consultation to diocesan parish and school leadership in alignment to diocesan vision, mission, culture and values. Provides support to the Parish Operations Director. Provides consultation and guidance to parishes and their councils in need of conflict mediation and organizational development. Support to the Diocesan Regional Planning Process and its implementation.

We would like to see someone with a Bachelor of Science degree in school or business administration, pastoral ministry or related field and 10+ years of experience in Catholic Schools or Church ministry.  Must be a practicing Catholic in good standing and have a valid driver’s license.
