Position: Principal

Location: Within the Salt Lake Valley

 

 

Qualifications:

            Practicing Catholic with a strong commitment to the teachings and values of the Catholic Church.

            Master’s degree in educational administration or related field.

            Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in an educational setting.

            Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience, preferably in a Catholic school environment.

            Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate faculty, staff, and students.

            Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

            Understanding of and commitment to fostering a positive Catholic school culture.

 

 

Responsibilities:

            Provide visionary leadership to promote the school’s mission and Catholic Identity.

Oversee the academic programs and ensure curriculum alignment with diocesan and state   standards.

            Recruit, hire, and evaluate faculty and staff members.

Foster a positive and inclusive school culture that supports the academic, spiritual, and emotional growth of all students.

            Collaborate with parents, the Catholic community, and stakeholders to promote engagement and support for the school.

            Manage the school budget and resources effectively.

Ensure compliance with diocesan policies and procedures.
